Emex Crayfish is a species of freshwater crayfish known for its unique characteristics, including a body that can range in color from orange to reddish-brown or even grey-blue or purple. They are burrowing crayfish that spend most of their life in underground tunnel systems, emerging mainly during wet and overcast conditions or at night.
